Dear Adam,
Thank you so much for arranging to do a special performance for the opening of the San Leandro History Museum, 320 West Estudillo Ave., San Leandro, CA, 94577. The performance will be held in the Museum's theatre, which seats approx. 80 people. Here is some important information:
Date: Saturday, January 17, 2004.
Time: 11:00am, for a performance that is approx. 45 minutes in length.
Program: "Going to the West" music program.
Fee: $250.00.
Place: San Leandro History Museum, 3230 West Estudillo Ave.
We anticipate a relatively wide age range in your audience, from Senior Citizens, to families with kids. We will have a microphone and sound system if you need it. Both Cindy Simons and I will be there for your program.
To have your check ready to give you on the day of the performance, please send back the enclosed W-9 form with the relevant information, and send us an invoice. Send them in the enclosed, stamped envelope ASAP.
