I am a 50-ish former English teacher who has been planning to portray Mother Goose for years to promote literacy by encouraging parents to read to their children, and I finally decided to get serious about it this year. So far I have designed my costume and "Gertie Goose," planned my props, and selected nursery rhymes and tales. And then lo and behold! I found the great resource! Thanks to all who keep it on the Web.
