Antique Mother Goose Quilt

I just purchased an antique mother goose quilt top. It has some of the rhymes cliped from an old newspaper or magazine pined to it. I know all but 4 of the rhymes. I'm looking for anyone who might know where the patterns came from and what the names of each square might be?
