Do you know "Witch, witch where do you live?"

Growing up in Australia, I knew this rhyme by heart. Now I live in the states and cannot remember it, nor find anyone who knows it. Some of the lines are:
Witch, witch where do you fly?
Up over rooftops and up in the sky.
Witch, witch what do you eat?
Little black apples from ??? street.
Witch, witch what do you drink?
Vinegar, ??? and good red ink.
Witch, witch where do you sleep?
Up in the clouds where pillows are cheap.
Does anyone know this rhyme? Halloween is approaching and I would like to know the words by then. Thank you to anyone who can help.
