"Ten Little Indians" was the base for one of Agatha Christie's best-known mysteries. It has been seen as a play, also. And films based on her version were made in 1945 and 1974 - in America the title was "And Then There Were None."
Sorry - I'm really sure if that was the only one of her books based on a Mother Goose Rhyme, but I think it may have been.
