Machi Loch

I too am searching for this supposed mother goose character. In the movie "The Cell", this character is mentioned as the boogie man in Mother Goose rhymes. I've have been desperatly searching for more information and until seeing the other postings on this web page I have not been able to find anything at all. I'll be very greatful if anyone can tell me anything about Machi Loch. Thank you.
