This is not a Mother Goose Rhyme, but we're glad to help.
"The Owl and the Pussycat" is by Edward Lear. It has three stanzas of 12 lines each - a bit too much to type out here.
Any library will surely have this. Look in the children's section for illustrations, but you must be aware of copyright - you can't just copy illustrations. However, you may get ideas. I would suggest that you compare several renditions.
The verse itself is now in public domain, so you're free to use it.
